The Princesa Plaza features an impressive location near the city center, making it easy to navigate around Madrid. The breakfast options were exceptional, with a delightful selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and local delicacies. The staff provided efficient assistance that met all my business needs, particularly with arranging transportation and ensuring my meeting equipment was set up correctly.
Room soundproofing needs improvement.

The burgers at The Good Burger had me dreaming of gourmet patties, bursting with flavor. Plus, the hotel’s cozy corner bar was the perfect hangout to unwind after a day of munching and exploring. Dinner at MasQMenos was a solid highlight too!
While the room had its moments, the upkeep felt a bit lacking—torn curtains and dirty carpets don’t quite scream luxury. Plus, one elevator decided to play hard to get during my stay. A little maintenance could go a long way!

I stayed here for a short transit and appreciated the excellent location right near the city center, making it easy to explore Madrid. The breakfast options were quite impressive, with a variety of fresh fruits and pastries. One downside was that the soundproofing in the room could use some improvement, but overall, the experience was pleasant and met my needs well.

We loved the spacious Deluxe King Room, which was perfect for our large family. The location is fantastic, near a metro stop and grocery store, making it easy to explore Madrid. Plus, the breakfast had so many options that even my picky eaters were happy!
In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would make this hotel more family-friendly.

I loved the spacious room with large windows overlooking the city. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and nearby cafes. The breakfast offered a nice variety, though it could use a bit more selection. The staff were generally friendly but not always attentive. The reception area felt disorganized due to ongoing renovations. Sometimes it was hard to navigate the temporary setup. This really affected my stay. Overall, it’s a nice hotel that just needs to iron out a few details because it has a lot of potential.
